- It is a reference to the agreed charges/hours between the parent and childminder
- It is a binding contract not just for the parents but also for childminder
It contains the childminders details on:
- Who they are insured with and when it expires
- What meals/drinks are offered
- That they will never use physical punishment
The parents will:
- Arrive and collect children on time (if running late to inform)
- Provide a change of clothing and outdoor clothing suitable for weather
Toiletries/Children food:
- The parents are requested to provide any nappies/wipes and cream
- The parents should fullfill any special dietry requirement of their child
- Inform the childminder of any illness the child has shown within 24 hours of contracted period (and respect the childminders decision whether or not to accept the sick child for care)
- Notify the childminder at the beginning of each contracted period of any accident or injury the child may have suffered since last in the care of childminder
- Gives permission for routine outings with the childminder
